    Terms and conditions for returning goods to an online store

If the goods of good quality did not fit in appearance, then the buyer, within 14 days of receipt of the goods (not counting the day of delivery). May issue a refund. Refunds are made on the basis of an application.

Good quality goods are accepted for return only if:
– the product was not in use (no traces of exploitation);
– the product has retained its presentation, consumer properties and brand labels;
– the goods retained the original (factory) packaging, which is intact, not broken and not damaged;
– the goods sold in the kit are also returned in the kit;
– saved the documentation relating to the product, without which the use of the goods is impossible (warranty card, passport, instruction manual).
If the product does not meet the specified requirements, the seller has the right to refuse to return.

      In this case, the seller returns the goods to the buyer by the transport company (at the seller’s choice) by cash on delivery. Together with the goods, an exemption letter is sent to the buyer, indicating the reason for the refusal.
The buyer is not entitled to refuse the goods of good quality, which has individually-defined properties. If the specified goods can be used exclusively by the consumer acquiring it.

     To issue a refund you need:

1. The goods in the original (factory) packaging, together with the documentation related to it, should be packaged in additional packaging ensuring the safety and consumer properties of the goods during transportation.

The application for refund will be considered within 10 days from the date of receipt to the seller of the returned goods. If the seller makes a positive decision on the return. To issue a refund you need:
  1. Fill out the “Application for quality control of goods”
  2. Photograph a general view of the product and the defect / defect from at least two different angles (3-4 photos) in high quality. The manager of the online store has the right to request additional photos.
  3. Send documents confirming payment and receipt of goods, warranty card, photos. Completed and signed application (scanned or photographed in high quality, which makes it easy to parse the written text) to (email address).  Indicating the subject of the letter “IM-XXXX quality control product “, where IM-XXXX is the order number in the online store.  When sending photos, please note that upon receipt of the goods from the buyer, it is further inspected.   1. The application for checking the quality of the goods will be reviewed within 7 days. Following the results of the quality check of the goods (expertise). The result of the check will be sent to the buyer on the e-mail – a letter about the decision made (either about return or refusal to return). If the seller decides to refuse to return, then the refusal letter will also be sent to the buyer at the postal address indicated in the application. If the seller makes a positive decision on the return, you must:
  1. To return the goods in the original (original) packaging with documentation related to the product (if the packaging and documentation are saved) to the warehouse of the online store.
  2. Fill out the “application for a refund.”
